Michelle R. Gotay, M.S., is an experienced and highly skilled audiologist committed to improving hearing health and quality of life for patients of all ages. With extensive training in diagnostic audiology, hearing loss management, and vestibular assessments, she provides comprehensive care for individuals experiencing hearing and balance disorders.

Ms. Gotay began her academic journey at the State University of New York at Cortland, where she graduated summa cum laude, demonstrating a deep dedication to her studies and a passion for helping individuals with hearing challenges. She then pursued her Master of Science degree in Audiology at Syracuse University, graduating cum laude, where she gained extensive knowledge in hearing science, auditory processing, and rehabilitative audiology. Her graduate training included hands-on clinical experience in diagnosing and managing hearing loss, tinnitus, and balance disorders.

At Naugatuck Valley Ear, Nose & Throat Associates (NVENTA), Ms. Gotay specializes in comprehensive hearing evaluations, balance and vestibular assessments, and advanced hearing aid technology. She works closely with patients to develop customized treatment plans tailored to their specific hearing and communication needs. She is particularly skilled at prescribing and fitting state-of-the-art hearing aids, ensuring individuals receive the best possible hearing solutions tailored to their lifestyle and preferences.
