Doctor Ray Winicki - Naugatuck Valley ENT Smaller (2)

Raymond E. Winicki, MD, FAAOHNS, Partner

Dr. Winicki received his undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Rochester and received his medical training from the New York University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary in New York.

James Williams MD, FACS Smaller

James Williams, MD, FACS, Partner

James Williams MD, FACS graduated from Brown University in 1986. Attended Albert Einstein College of Medicine, graduating in 1990. Residency training in Otolaryngology at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary with a fellowship in facial plastic surgery. He is certified by the American College of Surgeons since October 2000.

Dr. Christopher Randolph

Christopher Randolph, MD, FAAAAI

Dr. Randolph received his medical degree from the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York. He completed his internship and residency at the Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. Then, he completed his fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the State University of New York. Dr. Randolph is a Clinical Professor in pediatrics, allergy, and immunology at Yale University, where he instructed in the fellowship program in allergy/immunology for more than 30 years.

Ms. Gotay received her undergraduate degree Summa Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Cortland. She completed her Master of Science Cum Laude in Audiology from Syracuse University.

Caitlin M. Kishore, Au.D - Naugatuck Valley ENT

Caitlin M. Kishore, Au.D.

Caitlin received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and her doctorate of audiology from Bloomsburg University.

Tina LaRiviere Smaller

Tina LaRiviere, Practice Administrator

As the Practice Administrator for Naugatuck Valley ENT, Tina LaRiviere is committed to enabling the staff to provide the highest quality medical care. She is certified in HIPAA awareness for healthcare providers and has successfully transitioned several medical practices from paper systems to electronic systems. LaRiviere is a nationally certified phlebotomist, blood alcohol technician, and instructor.

She has 35 years of experience in healthcare and healthcare administration. She began her career in emergency medical services as an emergency medical technician and a 911 dispatcher. She has held practice manager positions with a multi-practitioner internal medicine group, a multi-specialty surgical group, and a nephrology and hypertension practice. Having participated in several urgent care start-ups, LaRiviere is well versed in all facets of the business.

Caitlin Tilbe

Caitlin Tilbe, PA-C

Caitlin Tilbe is a seasoned Physician Assistant who brings over eight years of expertise to her new role at Naugatuck Valley Ear, Nose & Throat Associates. With a rich background in academic hospital settings, Caitlin has honed her skills and developed a passion for delivering comprehensive patient care within multidisciplinary teams.

Caitlin’s experience as an Interventional Radiology PA-C at Massachusetts General Hospital has equipped her with a deep understanding of complex medical procedures and patient management. Her commitment to collaborative care is evident in her proactive approach to curating individualized treatment plans, mentoring PA students, and autonomously performing a wide array of procedures, including bedside suprapubic tube exchanges and gastrostomy tube rescues. Prior to her role at Massachusetts General Hospital, Caitlin served as a Vascular and Thoracic Surgery PA-C at Hartford Hospital, where she demonstrated her expertise in managing preoperative and postoperative care, assisting in surgeries, and handling emergencies with confidence and efficiency.

Caitlin Tilbe earned her BS/MS with a concentration in Physician Assistant studies from Rochester Institute of Technology, where she also focused on Communication. She holds active licenses in Massachusetts and Connecticut, along with certifications including ACLS, PALS, and BLS. As a member of professional organizations such as AAPA and the Society of Interventional Radiology, Caitlin remains dedicated to staying abreast of the latest advancements in healthcare and delivering exceptional care to her patients.

David Yeager Au.D. CCC-A

David Yeager, Au.D. CCC-A

David Yeager obtained his undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders from Auburn University in Auburn, AL and his Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Louisville in Louisville, KY. While at the University of Louisville, David worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant in the Middle Ear Diagnostic Research Lab where he earned the Audiology Student Research Award. He completed his audiology externship at Yale University in New Haven, CT.

David is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) from which he holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A). When not helping patients, David enjoys watching movies, reading, listening to podcasts, and playing volleyball.
