Raymond E. Winicki, MD, FAAOHNS, Partner
Dr. Raymond E. Winicki is a board-certified otolaryngologist with over 30 years of experience specializing in the medical and surgical treatment of conditions of the ear, nose, throat, and head and neck regions. Dr. Winicki earned his undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Rochester and his medical training at the New York University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary in New York.
James Williams, MD, FACS, Partner
Dr. James Williams, M.D., FACS, is a board-certified otolaryngologist and facial plastic surgeon with over 30 years of experience specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. Dr. Williams graduated from Brown University in 1986 and from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1990. Residency training in Otolaryngology at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary with a fellowship in facial plastic surgery. He has been certified by the American College of Surgeons since October 2000.
Christopher Randolph, MD, FAAAAI
Dr. Christopher Randolph, M.D., FAAAAI, is a highly respected specialist in allergy and immunology with decades of experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of allergic and immunologic disorders. Dr. Randolph received his medical degree from the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York. He completed his internship and residency at the Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. Then, he completed his fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the State University of New York. Dr. Randolph is a Clinical Professor of Pediatrics, Allergy, and Immunology at Yale University, where he taught in the allergy/immunology fellowship program for more than 30 years.
Michelle R. Gotay, M.S.
Michelle R. Gotay, M.S., is an experienced and highly skilled audiologist committed to improving hearing health and quality of life for patients of all ages. Ms. Gotay received her undergraduate degree Summa cum Laude from the State University of New York at Cortland. She completed her Master of Science Cum Laude in Audiology from Syracuse University.
Caitlin M. Kishore, Au.D.
Dr. Caitlin M. Kishore, Au.D., is a dedicated and compassionate audiologist with expertise in hearing and balance disorders, providing personalized care to individuals of all ages. Dr. Kishore received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and her doctorate of audiology from Bloomsburg University.
Tina LaRiviere, Practice Administrator
As the Practice Administrator for Naugatuck Valley ENT, Tina LaRiviere is committed to enabling the staff to provide the highest quality medical care. She is certified in HIPAA awareness for healthcare providers and has successfully transitioned several medical practices from paper systems to electronic systems. LaRiviere is also a nationally certified phlebotomist, blood alcohol technician, and instructor.

Hannah Gamer, Physician Assistant, earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut, graduating magna cum laude, before completing a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Albany Medical College. With experience in both inpatient and outpatient specialties, Hannah has developed a broad clinical foundation and a patient-centered approach to care.
